Enzo Gatti, nasce a Giovenzano 1957 vive e lavora a Pavia. Il suo inizio è caratterizzato dall’amore per il disegno che gli viene tramandato dal padre che lo porta ad iscriversi all'Istituto d'Arte di Pavia. Il percorso artistico si sviluppa in più fasi, dall’ispirazione a Maurits C. Escher e Dechirico , allo studio della figura e prospettiva
spaziale, successivamente la ricerca si concentra sull’utilizzo di materiali diversi per creare un effetto tridimensionale al dipinto che da vita alla serie” le onde del mare”. La nuova ricerca porta, dopo anni di inattività, a progettare una nuova serie di dipinti “ La Dama bianca” il tema predominante è la figura femminile con l’utilizzo di tre colori significativi:
il bianco dei volti, il nero degli sfondi
e il rosso dei drappi. Questa ricerca stimola nuovamente la sua creatività, indirizzandolo verso nuove prospettive artistiche, che lo convincono a presentare al pubblico i nuovi lavori.
